Ruger SR1911

I ordered this gun from GR just over a year ago. This is not the first gun I have ordered from them and it won't be the last. Their service and return policy is excellent, they even put a postage paid return sticker in the box so if there is any issue you just stick it on the box and send it back.
The SR1911 is a great handgun for the price. You can pay less for a foreign (non-North American) made 1911 and you can pay very much more for a high end 1911. The Ruger 1911 is solid, well manufactured and a good looking pistol, with nice details like the angled grooves on the slide that follows the same angle as the grip. At the range, I have put a lot of rounds through this gun, from cheap aluminum jacketed to more expensive ammunition and never had any jams, failure to feed or stove pipes. I would recommend this gun.
