Returns and Exchanges
 
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your merchandise, simply return it to us within 45 days in its original packaging, for your choice of exchange or refund.  We have even covered the return shipping costs.  

It really is that simple.

Returns:

Please include the Return form with your merchandise.  Affix the prepaid shipping label that was included in your original shipment to the package. As soon as we have received your items, we will e-mail you to confirm that your refund has been processed.

Can’t find your prepaid shipping label?  No problem.  
Call us at 1.877.547.6873 or e-mail us at info@GrouseRiver.com and we will be happy to e-mail you a printable, prepaid label.

Exchanges:

Please include the Exchange form with your exchange.  Affix the prepaid shipping label that was included in your original shipment to the package.  Once we have received the items you would like to exchange, we will call you to confirm availability and delivery timeframes for the requested products.

GRanteed Sizing Information:

Grouse River offers GRanteed sizing on your clothing and footwear orders.  If you purchase clothing or footwear for yourself, or as a gift, and the item doesn’t fit we will cover the cost of returning the item and getting the correct size back to you.

Warranty Information:

For product defects under the manufacturer's warranty period we would like to assist you in obtaining the fastest resolution possible.
