We do not ship firearms or ammunition, including primers and powders, outside of Canada.
Firearms - When ordering firearms and ammunition we request that customers provide a valid PAL (Possession and Acquisition License) with appropriate privileges for the firearm being ordered, physical residence address, and current phone number(s) along with a current driver's license or other photo government ID. This information can be emailed to info@grouseriver.com please indicate your order number in the subject line. Alternatively you can fax documents to 1-866-569-1784, please indicate your order number on the fax. Call us at 1-877-547-6873 should you have any questions regarding this process. Ammunition and reloading powders - For ammunition orders we require a faxed or scanned copy of both sides of your PAL along with a current piece of photo ID indicating your address. Explosives including ammunition, powder, and primers must be shipped as dangerous goods by ground carrier, and cannot be shipped express. Selecting express shipment for an order containing ammunition will result in the ammunition being shipped separately from the remainder of the order, the actual cost of this additional shipment will be added to your order.
Availability
Due to the many configurations of firearms and calibers, combined with transportation and import logistics not all products will be available at all times. If the firearm you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you to provide an estimated delivery time and/or suggest an alternative.
